While various factors affect compensation, our surrogate base pay starts at $50,000, and may reach up to $68,000, plus reimbursement of expenses incurred during your journey, including medical insurance (if needed), IVF medications and embryo transfer. You may also receive additional income if you require a C-section or become pregnant with twins.
